About Yvette Wheeler
In a word? Yvette is a dynamo. Yvette Wheeler’s passion for design is infectious. She pours her heart and her seemingly boundless energy into everything she does – be it her family of four, her greater Dallas community, or the countless clients who rely on her creative leadership day in and day out.
Yvette came to Dallas in April 1999 and joined The Richards Group after graduating with honors from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphics and Packaging. She quickly rose to the role of a Principal at RBMM, and after 16 years of award-winning designs, challenged herself once more to take on a position as an art director with The Richards Group for 5 years before going out on her own.
Yvette’s rare combination of expertise, enthusiasm, and impeccable taste elevates the work of an impressive roster of brands. From local nonprofits to international corporations, and from universities to retailers, Yvette’s visionary designs continue to win acclaim from Print, Graphis, the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, and more. But perhaps most remarkably, Yvette’s client Chi Omega Fraternity thought so highly of her contribution that they bestowed a truly singular honor – initiation to their own organization. Yvette shares her love of great creative, and her life, with her husband, Peter. She’s also is an avid runner, and serves on the Board of Directors for TACA (The Arts Community Alliance), Buckner International foster parent, and an incredible mother to her equally dynamic daughters Catherine and Olivia.
